This is one type of Student Visa to Australia which is categorized into two types- subclass 573 and 574.
Australia Student Visa subclass 573 is for students who wish to reside in Australia to enroll in a higher education course on full-time basis. Students who have enrolled in a bachelor or associate degree or graduate certificate or graduate diploma or master’s degree by coursework or higher education diploma or advanced diploma are eligible to apply for this type of student visa.
Australia Student Visa subclass 574 is for students who wish to reside in Australia to pursue postgraduate research. Students who wish to enroll in a masters or doctoral degree can apply for this type of Australia Student Visa.
Vocational Education and Training Sector Visa (subclass 572):
This type of Australia Student Visa is for students who wish to pursue a vocational education and training course on full-time basis.
Independent ELICOS Sector Visa (subclass 570):
This type of Australia Student Visa is for students who wish to study an English Language Intensive Course for Overseas Students (ELICOS) on full-time basis.
Schools Sector Visa (subclass 571):
Schools Sector visa (subclass 571) is one type of Australia Student Visa and is for students who wish to study a full-time school course. To be eligible for this type of Student Visa, you need to enroll as a student at a primary or secondary school or need to chip in a secondary school exchange program.
Non Award Sector Visa (subclass 575):
This type of Australia Student Visa allows you to reside in the country to study a full-time in either a non-award foundation studies or course or components of a course excluding ELICOS that does not lead to an award.
