High skilled foreign graduates from public universities in South Australia would now be able to claim these exemptions. The applicants have the access to list of state occupations or the Supplementary skilled list.

The applicant should reside in South Australia to apply, and the applicant should have completed any one of the following qualifications like PhD or Masters by Research, Masters by Course Degree, First Class Honors or a Bachelor Degree at the Public University of South Australia in the previous two years.
